Terms of Service

UltraSMTP is provided by Meixler Technologies, Inc., a company incorporated in the state of Pennsylvania, to the customer, under the following terms of service. Customer agrees to use the UltraSMTP service under these terms.

1. Service is provided AS-IS and AS-AVAILABLE, with ABSOLUTELY NO WARRANTY.

2. Customer agrees to not hold Meixler Technologies, Inc. liable for any damages resulting from the use of the service, or the inability to use the service, including, but not limited to: damages resulting from errors, omissions, bugs, outages, or security breaches.

3. Customer agrees not to send bulk email, spam, or unsolicited email messages through the service.
